Our promise is to save you time and money wherever possible by keeping delivery costs Free of Charge. Free shipping does not apply for international orders.
Delivery Times
Standard and Express orders are shipped via courier.
Standard orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days of order receipt. Standard delivery is 2-7 business days.
Express orders will be shipped on the same business day (provided your order is received before 2pm EST). Express delivery is 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch for all metropolitan areas (except Perth) and 2-6 days for outer suburbs, and all of Western Australia, Tasmania, Nothern Territory and Queensland.
Please note: Express orders are booked and dispatched with Australia Post. We are not responsible for delivery delays outside of our control. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched, to help you track your items.
If you are not at your place of residence during the hours of 9am-5pm from Monday to Friday, we recommend you provide a suitable daytime delivery address. This is important for most deliveries, which require a signature upon receipt.
Though the HOURBOTTLE does its utmost to provide you with a fast delivery service, please be aware that your location will also impact on the speed of delivery. Whilst we strive to provide you with the best customer service by assisting where possible, we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by a third party courier company.
IMPORTANT: Please note, for International Orders that include pre-order items, we can only ship the order once all items are in stock. We cannot split International Orders or Deliveries.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES: For international orders, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as AU GST/VAT. We ship to all overseas countries on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) , which means Taxes and Duties are calculated upon arrival to your country of destination and will vary pending your order value and the items purchased. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
